Our founder, Renee Mahindru, has always understood the power of detail. From her early years in hospitality to her career as a Creative Director, she has seen how care and refinement shape experiences. With a degree in International Marketing and research into how the environment of a space transforms satisfaction and success, she created R01 to bring that same level of intention to cleaning.

“I bring the same drive I once gave to the corporate world into R01 but here the focus is entirely on people. For me, cleaning is about creating a space that feels calm, refined and beautifully cared for.
I am particular about scent because I know how powerfully it shapes an experience. Every fragrance in our range has been chosen by me, never overpowering, always subtle and sophisticated. I want clients to step inside and feel what they would in a luxury hotel. That pause where you think, this is incredible.
For me, there is nothing better than living and working in a space that feels truly clean. That is the foundation for a life that is both balanced and productive and it is the reason I started R01.”
