  • Cleaning of Animal Waste

  • Utility Closets

  • Paint Removal

  • Heavy Trash Removal

  • Inside appliances Dishwasher

  • Inside Washer & Dryer

  • Exterior of Windows

  • Cleaning while other vendors are in the home

  • Cleaning if there are cockroaches or rodents present

In order to enhance your experience, please read the following:

  • R01 Cleaning does not guarantee the removal of stains such as rust, mildew, or others that developed over time from lack of maintenance

  • Please contact us in advance to discuss items or surfaces that may need special care

​

  • All surfaces (marble, granite, hardwood floors, etc.) are assumed sealed and ready to clean without causing harm

  • Furniture on wood floors is assumed to have proper protection

Oh no! We’re so sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your service! Please let us know right away and we will come back *free of charge to review and remedy the areas you are unhappy with. We are not perfect and will do whatever we can to come back and make things right!
